1. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a factory with an export license
2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China, about a 2-hour high-speed train from Shanghai. All our clients, from home or abroad, are welcome to visit us!
3. Q: Can you do OEM?
A: Yes, we can do OEM products. It's no problem.
4. Q: How can I get some samples?
A:1, We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost; the samples are free for you, and this charge will be deducted from the payment for the formal order.
2. Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange an RPI (remote pick-up) service Via FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc., to have the samples collected; or inform us of your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight directly to your local carrier company.
5. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
