1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory with an export license.
2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is in Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China, about a 2-hour high-speed train from Shanghai. All our clients, from home or abroad, are welcome to visit us!
3. Q: Can you do OEM?
A: Yes, we can do OEM products.
4. Q: How can I get some samples?
A:1, We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples are free for you, and this charge will be deducted from the payment for the formal orders.
2, Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange an RPI (remote pick-up) service via FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us of your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight directly to your local carrier company.
